Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every project begins with a free, no-pressure in-home consultation. We measure, listen, and within 7–10 business days deliver a written proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed pricing.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Absolutely. We carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance, are bonded, and meet all Missouri and local jurisdiction licensing requirements. Certificates available on request.
Are you an insurance preferred contractor for flood, fire, and storm claims?
Yes. We work directly with most major insurance carriers as a preferred contractor — meaning we can coordinate with your adjuster, document scope, and manage the entire rebuild from initial extraction through final punch list. Our 24/7 emergency response team is available nights, weekends, and holidays to mitigate damage and begin the claims process immediately.
Do you work with HOA and condo associations (COA)?
Yes. HOA and COA work is a significant part of our business at the Lake of the Ozarks.
